摘要
城市夏季高温问题频发,城市气候环境急需缓解和优化。主要研究新城层面的热环境规划调控策略,采用基于CTTC模型的室外热环境分析工具DUTE(Design Urban Thermal Environment),以郴州市东部新城控制性详细规划为例,对新城范围内150个街区在控规指导下的室外热环境进行了微气候模拟和优化设计。使用湿球黑球温度(WBGT)和平均热岛强度对微气候进行人类气象评估。讨论了8个热环境影响因子对新城室外热环境的影响规律,构建了室外热环境预测模型,结合实际提出了操作性强的室外热环境优化方法,为新城热环境规划调控提出具体策略和建议。根据低碳新城和绿色发展的需要,本文建议将热环境影响因子指标纳入现有的控制性详细规划体系当中,以完善控规层面对城市热环境的规划、控制与引导。
The problem of high temperature in summer is frequent nowadays,and the urban climate environment needs to be alleviated and optimized urgently.Based on the CTTC model of lumped-parameter method,DUTE(Design Urban Thermal Environment)was used to simulate and optimize the outdoor thermal environment of 150 districts of special emphasis,which was placed on a human bio-meteorological assessment of microclimate by using the Wet Bulb Globe Temperature and Average Heat Island Intensity.This paper mainly discussed the influence of eight indices of ecological regulatory detailed planning on outdoor thermal environment of new towns,built the prediction models of outdoor thermal environment,and put forward the optimization design strategy of outdoor thermal environment.According to the needs of low-carbon new towns and green development,this paper proposed to incorporate the indices of ecological regulatory detailed planning into the existing regulatory detailed planning system, so as to improve the control and guidance of urban thermalenvironment.
