摘要
新技术创新、组织变革以及用工方式多元化为个体职业生涯注入机遇和挑战,增加了职业生涯的不可预测性。职业生涯冲击概念旨在解释在这种复杂、变化、多样的环境影响下,个体如何思考职业生涯、转变职业路径的心理过程,其相关研究正成为职业发展领域的热点话题。本文对职业生涯冲击的概念、测量工具,以及职业生涯冲击对职业决策(主客观职业转型)、工作态度(工作投入、职业满意度)、工作行为(组织公民行为、工作绩效)、职业能力的影响作用机制等方面进行系统梳理。未来研究需要进一步检验和发展职业生涯冲击的测量工具,探讨职业生涯冲击对职业行为的影响作用机制,聚焦消极职业生涯冲击的干预策略研究等。
New technological innovations,organizational changes and the diversification of employment patterns bring opportunities and challenges for individual careers,increasing the unpredictability of careers.The concept of career shocks is intended to explain the psychological process of how individuals consider their careers and change career paths in the face of such complex,changing,and diverse environmental influences.Relevant research is becoming a hot topic in the field of career development.This paper provides a systematic review of the concept of career shocks,the measurement tools,and the effect mechanisms of career shocks on career decision-making-subjective and objective career transitions,work attitudes--work engagement and career satisfaction,work behaviors--organizational citizenship behavior and job performance,and career abilities.This paper also suggests that it is necessary to further test and develop measurement tools of career shocks,explore the effect mechanisms of career shocks on career behaviors,and focus on intervention strategies for negative career shocks.
