国外组织韧性的研究现状:一项文献综述

Research Status of Organizational Resilience Abroad:A Literature Review

在经济全球化的背景下,企业正面临着前所未有的经济和政治不确定性的商业环境,企业正变得更加脆弱,其生存也面临着重大威胁。研究表明,组织韧性是一种有效的生存和发展方式。企业为了生存和繁荣可以通过构建组织韧性来应对不确定性。然而,考虑到“组织韧性”还是一个相对新的概念,在理解和应用该概念方面仍然缺乏共识。这些差异和定义混乱阻碍了韧性研究成果的评估和有效性。基于此,本文对EBSCOHOST、Web of Science和Scopus数据库进行系统的文献搜索、梳理和述评,目的是解决以下方面的问题:①什么是组织韧性?②影响组织韧性的因素是什么?③如何评估组织韧性?如今,组织正处于日益复杂的环境中,不可避免地面临更加频繁和更大的危机,威胁着它们的持续运营和绩效。因此,本研究不仅为商界提供了有效应对不确定性的途径,还为学术界进一步探索组织韧性研究提供参考。

In the context of economic globalization,enterprises are facing a business environment of unprecedented economic and political uncertainty,they are becoming more vulnerable and face significant threats to its survival. The study shows that organizational resilience is an effective way for enterprises to survive and thrive. Enterprises can deal with uncertainty by building Organizational resilience for the purpose of survival and prosperity. However,considering that "organizational resilience"is a relatively new concept,there is still a lack of consensus on how to understand and apply it. These discrepancies and definitional confusion impede the assessment and validity of the results of resilience research. Based on these,this paper systematically searches,sorts out and reviews literature in EBSCOHOST,Web of Science and Scopus database to solve the following question: ①What is organizational resilience? ② What are the factors that affect organizational resilience?③ How to assess organizational resilience ? Nowadays,organizations are in an increasingly complex environment,and inevitably face more frequent and larger crises that threaten their sustainable operation and performance. Thus,this study not only provides an effective way for the business community to deal with uncertainty,but also provides a reference for further exploration of organizational resilience research in academia.
