针对护理对肺癌同步放化疗患者胃肠功能和生活质量的影响

Effects of targeted nursing based on nursing demand on gastrointestinal function and life quality of patients with lung cancer receiving concurrent radiotherapy and chemotherapy

目的分析护理需求为导向的针对护理对肺癌同步放化疗患者胃肠功能、生活质量的影响。方法收集2017年1月至2019年12月接受同步放化疗治疗的肺癌患者40例,根据随机数字表法分为2组,每组20例。对照组予以常规护理,观察组予以护理需求为导向的针对护理,对比2组护理后的胃肠功能、应对方式及生活质量。结果观察组护理后的胃肠道不良反应发生率较对照组低,且胃肠道不良反应持续时间较对照组短(P<0.05);观察组护理后的Jalowiec应对量表(JCS)中积极应对方式的评分较对照组,而消极应对方式的评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组欧洲癌症研究与治疗组织生命质量量表(EORTC QLQ-C30)中各个维度的评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论护理需求为导向的针对护理在肺癌同步放化疗患者中的应用效果显著,有助于改善胃肠功能及应对方式,并且促使其生活质量有效提高。

Objective To investigate the effects of targeted nursing based on nursing demand on gastrointestinal function and life quality of patients with lung cancer receiving concurrent radiotherapy and chemotherapy.Methods A total of patients with lung cancer who were treated by concurrent radiotherapy and chemotherapy in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2019 were enrolled in the study,who were randomly divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 20 cases in each group.The patients in control group were treated by routine nursing,however,the patients in observation group were treated by targeted nursing based on nursing demand.After the nursing intervention,the gastrointestinal function,coping styles and life quality of patients were observed and compared between the two groups.Results After the nursing intervention,the incidence rate of gastrointestinal adverse reactions in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group,and the duration of gastrointestinal adverse reactions was significantly shorter than that in control group(P<0.05).And the scores of positive coping styles in JCS rating scales in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group,while the scores of negative coping styles were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).In addition the scores of various dimensions in EORTC QLQ-C30 table in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The targeted nursing based on nursing demand can improve the gastrointestinal function and coping styles,and improve the life quality of patients with lung cancer undergoing concurrent radiotherapy and chemotherapy.
