以铸造生产现场为例,将5S管理与安全生产相融合,通过采取管理检查、评价、考核等精细化、规范化的管控等一系列措施,提升铸造安全生产管理水平,实现轻伤及以上生产安全事故为零的安全目标。

Taking the foundry production site as an example,a series of measures such as inspection,evaluation and assessment were taken to improve the management level of production safety by integrating 5S management with safety production,to achieve the goal of zero production accidents with minor injuries or above.
