摘要
通过在耐热高铬铸铁中加入稀土元素的试验研究,分析加入不同比例稀土对高铬铸铁的金相组织、力学性能以及耐磨、耐热、耐蚀、耐疲劳等性能不同影响,得出了加入1%铁液质量的稀土,可获得韧性和耐磨性的良好结合,得到的耐热高铬铸铁炉篦条综合性能最佳。
By adding rare earth elements in the heat resistant high chromium cast iron in the experimental study and analysis in diferent proportions of rare earth on high chromium cast iron microstructure,mechanical properties and wear resistance,heat resistance,corrosion resistance,fatigue resistance of diferent infuence,obtained 1%liquid iron quality of rare earths,can obtain good combination of toughness and wear resistance,the heat resistance of high chromium cast iron grate comprehensive performance is the best.
