球墨铸铁轮辋冲裁工艺技术开发应用

摘要 低速及载重汽车轮辋是典型的球墨铸铁薄壁铸件,量大面广。通过分析塑性材料冷冲压工艺,提出提高球墨铸铁伸长率,生产能满足汽车轮辋使用性能及轮辋孔冲裁加工的QT450-15材料;设计球墨铸铁汽车轮辋气门嘴冷冲孔工艺,实现球墨铸铁车轮轮辋孔的冲裁加工,大幅提高了生产效率和产品质量,对推广应用球墨铸铁薄壁件各种异型孔的冲裁成形具有借鉴意义。 Low-speed and truck wheels are typical thin-walled ductile iron products with large quantity and wide area.Through analysis of the cold stamping process of plastic materials,propose to improve the elongation of ductile iron,and produce QT450-15 material which can meet the performance of automobile rim and punching of rim hole.Design the cold punching process of ductile iron automobile rim valve nozzles to realize punching of ductile iron wheel rim holes,which had greatly improved production efciency and product quality.It is of reference signifcance for the promotion as well as application of punching and forming of various special-shaped holes of ductile iron thin-walled parts.
