手术机器人系统辐射发射超标分析

摘要 辐射发射测试是电磁兼容测试的重点和难点。以某手术机器人系统为例,介绍了医疗产品辐射发射测试的要求和原理,分析了实际测试结果超标的问题,并提出辐射发射超标整改方案。通过验证表明,整改后手术机器人系统辐射发射测试结果低于标准限值,整改措施合理有效。 Radiated emission test is the key and difficult point of EMC test.Taking a surgical robot system as an example,the requirements and principles of the radiation emission test of medical product were introduced,the problem of the actual test results exceeding the standard was analyzed,and the rectification plan for the excessive radiation emission was proposed.The verification shows that the radiation emission test result of the surgical robot system after the rectification is lower than the standard limit,and the rectification measures are reasonable and effective.
