摘要
文中以某商业采光顶为例,进行了大型不规则空间管桁架结构的设计,通过建立完整的钢结构模型,分析了结构在重力荷载、风荷载、温度作用以及地震荷载作用下的内力和位移。分析结果表明,结构在重力荷载和风荷载工况作用下均能满足规范对结构位移和内力的要求,但是温度作用对结构影响较大,在温度作用下结构支座的水平反力较大,对原混凝土主体结构不利。文中根据项目特点,提出了温度作用下由于结构超长导致其支座水平反力过大的解决措施。最后还对钢管相贯节点承载力进行了复核,为同类工程项目设计提供了借鉴。
Based on a commercial daylighting roof structure as an example, this paper designed the large irregular space pipe truss structure, through the establishment of a complete steel structure model, analyzed the Internal forces and displacements of the structure under gravity load, temperature effect and seismic action. The analysis results show that the structure can meet the requirements of structural displacement and internal force in the code under both gravity load and wind load, but the effect of temperature has a great influence on the structure,and the horizontal reaction force of the structural support is larger under the effect of temperature, which is harmful to the major structure of concrete. According to the characteristics of the project, the measures to solve the excessive horizontal reaction force of the support due to the excessive length of the structure under the action of temperature are put forward. Finally, the bearing capacity of steel pipe intersecting joints is reviewed, which provides a reference for the design of similar engineering projects.
