地方标准《黑龙江省农村危房改造技术规程》技术成果探讨

为了保障我省农村危房改造的质量安全,有序开展农村危房加固改造工作,制定了一部适应当前形势、满足我省农村房屋现状和未来,又在一定时期满足农房建设技术需求的工程技术地方标准《黑龙江省农村危房改造技术规程》。文中针对黑龙江省农房特点及气候条件,提出了几项创新技术内容,并详细阐述了规程中创新内容的确定依据及其成熟度,同时将规程与国内相关标准进行了对比,对规程进行了初步评价,也提出了规程尚存的主要问题以及今后修编时需进行的主要工作。
