厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪联合注射用硝普钠治疗急性心衰的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Irbesartan Hydrochlorothiazide Combined with Sodium Nitroprusside for Injection in the Treatment of Acute Heart Failure

目的探讨厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪联合注射用硝普钠对急性心衰患者左心功能及1年病死率的影响。方法采用随机数表法,将2018年3月~2019年3月我院收治的98例急性心衰患者分为2组,各49例。对照组予以注射用硝普钠治疗,观察组予以厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪联合注射用硝普钠治疗,两组均治疗5d。比较两组治疗前及治疗5d后左心功能指标及随访1年内病死率。结果治疗后,两组左室收缩末期内径(LVESD)、左心室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)水平均低于对照组,左室射血分数(LVEF)高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组1年内病死率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪联合注射用硝普钠可有效改善急性心衰患者的左心功能及预后,降低病死率。

Objective To investigate the effect of irbesartan hydrochlorothiazide combined with sodium nitroprusside for injection on left ventricular function and 1-year mortality in patients with acute heart failure.Methods Using random number table method,98 patients with acute heart failure admitted to our hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 were divided into 2 groups,49 cases in each.The control group was treated with sodium nitroprusside for injection,and the observation group was treated with irbesartan hydrochlorothiazide combined with sodium nitroprusside for injection.Both groups were treated for 5 days.The left ventricular function indexes and mortality within 1 year of follow-up were compared between the two groups before treatment and after 5 days of treatment.Results After treatment,the left ventricular end-systolic diameter(LVESD)and left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD)of the two groups were lower than the control group,and the left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)was higher than the control group.T he difference was statistically significant P(<0.05);The mortality rate of the observation group within 1 year was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Irbesartan hydrochlorothiazide combined with sodium nitroprusside injection can effectively improve the left ventricular function and prognosis of patients with acute heart failure.
