多壁碳纳米管对CH_(4)/CO_(2)混合气水合分离影响的实验研究 被引量:1

摘要 为了提高CH_(4)/CO_(2)混合气的高值利用,减少温室气体排放,在275.15 K、5.5 Mpa的实验条件下,利用水合物法对不同质量分数的多壁碳纳米管复配十二烷基硫酸钠的CH_(4)/CO_(2)混合气进行水合分离实验。结果表明:基于0.05%的SDS体系,随着MWCNT质量分数的增加,CH_(4)/CO_(2)混合气水合分离效果逐渐提高;当MWCNT质量分数为0.10%时,每摩尔水的气体消耗量最大为21.110 mmol,提高了34.50%,气相中CH_(4)和水合物相中CO_(2)的体积分数最大分别为76.22%和55.26%,CO_(2)回收率和分离因子最大分别为42.82%和3.07,分别提高了30.90%和12.90%。 This paper aims to improve the high-value utilization of mixture and reduce emission of greenhouse.The study uses the method of hydration for the experiments on the effect of different mass fractions of multi-walled carbon nanotubes compounded with sodium dodecyl sulfate on the CH_(4)/CO_(2) mixture hydrate separation under the experimental conditions of 275.15 K,5.5 MPa.The results show that based on the 0.05%SDS system,the increase of MWCNT mass fraction is accompanied by a gradual improvement in the hydration separation effect of CH_(4)/CO_(2) mixture;in the presence of the mass fraction of MWCNT(0.10%),the maximum gas consumption of per mole of water is 21.110 mmol,an increase by 34.50%;the maximum volume fraction of CH_(4) in the gas phase and the CO_(2) in the hydrate phase are 76.22%and 55.26%respectively;and the maximum CO_(2) recovery rate and separation factor are 42.82%and 3.07 respectively,showing increases by 30.90%and 12.90%respectively.
