摘要
为研究不同激光熔覆工艺参数下Ni60A熔覆层的组织与性能,在35CrMnSi钢基体表面制备不同激光熔覆工艺参数的Ni60A熔覆层。利用XRD、蔡司显微镜、显微硬度仪等测试方法,分析熔覆层的物相组成、宏观形貌、显微组织及显微硬度,并计算熔覆层的稀释率。结果表明,激光功率1500 W、扫描速度10 mm/s时所获得熔覆层的组织与性能最佳。该参数下熔覆层内部没有产生显微裂纹,枝晶连贯性良好且枝晶间距也较小,其稀释率最小为7.15%,显微硬度最高为9.96 GPa。
This paper aims to study the microstructure and properties of Ni60A cladding layer with different laser cladding process parameters by preparing Ni60A cladding layer with different laser cladding process parameters on the substrate of 35CrMnSi steel.The study is focused on an analysis of the phase composition,morphology,microstructure and microhardness of the cladding layer using XRD,Zeiss microscope and microhardness tester,and the calculation of the dilution rate of the cladding layer.The results show that there are the best microstructure and properties of the cladding layer under process parameters of laser power 1500 W and scanning speed 10 mm/s and under these parameters,there are no microcracks in the cladding layer,showing the better dendrite coherences and the smaller dendrite spacing,the minimum dilution rate 7.15%,and the maximum microhardness 9.96 GPa.
