旅游劳工移民对迁入地的影响研究——基于二象对偶论的实证分析

Study on the Effects of Tourism Labor Migration on the Destination:Empirical Analysis Based on the Two-image Dual Theory

利用丽江古城景区的问卷调查和相关统计数据,借鉴系统学二象对偶理论,建立影响方向和强度评价模型,就旅游劳工移民对迁入地的5种影响进行了评价分析。研究得出,旅游劳工移民的经济影响和环境影响为规模型促进性影响,社会影响、文化影响和管理影响则为零散型抑制性影响,案例地目前尚处于旅游劳工移民影响的"红利期",旅游劳工移民的积极影响相对明显,但需要警惕负面影响的增强和扩散。应当按照强化促进性影响和调控抑制性影响的思路,建立综合影响管理框架。

Based on the Two-image Dual Theory and using the questionnaire survey and relevant statistical data of the old town of Lijiang,this paper evaluates and analyzes the five types of effects of tourism labor migration by establishing the direction and intensity evaluation model.The results show that the economic and environmental effects are both obvious and promoting,while the social,cultural and managerial effects are both unobvious and restraining.At present,the case area is still in the"dividend period"of tourism labor migration,which means the promoting effects of tourism labor migration is relatively obvious.But,it needs to be alert to the enhancement and diffusion of the restraining effects.A comprehensive management framework of effects should be established according to the idea of strengthening the promoting effects and controlling the restraining effects.
