移民管理领域标准化建设策略研究

Research on the Strategy of Standardization in the Field of Immigration Management

随着"一带一路"战略的推进,我国在国际贸易和交流中取得了巨大的成就,但同样面临一些挑战和问题,如管理能力不足、效率低下,技术水平不高、装备落后,信息化建设落后、数据共享困难等,尤其在我国对于国外高层次人才的需求越来越大、来华短时或长久停留的外国人越来越多的情况下,上述问题显得更为突出。如何加快信息交流共享、提高移民事务管理水平,研发新一代智能化技术和装备是当前急需解决的问题。本文结合我国移民管理事业中存在的问题,研究提出了开展标准化工作的建议,并提出了移民管理领域标准化建设策略。

With the advance of "the Belt and Road", China has made great achievements in international trade and exchanges, but it also faces some challenges and problems, such as low efficiency caused by insufficient management capability, backward equipment caused by low technology level, and difficult data sharing caused by backward information construction. Especially with China’s increase demand for high-level foreign talents and the increasing number of foreigners coming to China for a short time or long, the above problems become more prominent. How to speed up the exchange and sharing of information, improve the management level of immigration affairs, and develop a new generation of intelligent technology and equipment is an urgent problem. Based on the problems existing in China’s immigration management, this paper puts forward suggestions for carrying out standardization work, and puts forward strategies for standardization in the field of immigration management.
