浅谈航空企业主数据治理实施策略

Implementation Strategy of Master Data Governance in Aviation Enterprises

随着我国航空产业数字化进程的迅猛推进,航空企业内部数据大量累积,各业务部门逐渐出现数据来源不统一、数据不一致等诸多问题,形成了大量的"数据壁垒",给航空企业信息化发展带来了重重困难。为解决这些问题,本文对航空企业现有主数据标准化管理问题进行梳理分析,设计规划航空企业主数据治理框架及实施策略,并从技术层面以及管理层面对航空企业主数据治理实施工作的开展提出了建议。

With the rapid development of China’s aviation industry digitization process, large amount of aviation equipment management data has been accumulated. Hence, many problems have emerged, such as inconsistent upstream and downstream data sources, which forms the "data barriers" and creates barriers for aviation companies in the development of informationization. This paper analyzes the standardization governance of aviation master data, designs the master data governance system framework and makes the implementation strategy, meanwhile, specific suggestions are put forward for the master data governance of aviation enterprises from technology and management aspects.
