摘要
新时代赋予标准化新使命,在国家"一带一路"倡议和《标准联通共建"一带一路"行动计划(2018—2020年)》带动下,我国在参与海外新能源和可再生能源工程项目建设的同时,不断加强标准化在推进"一带一路"建设中的基础性和战略性作用。本文分析了配合"一带一路"沿线国家新能源和可再生能源领域工程项目中,水电、风电、太阳能光伏等新能源领域推广中国标准的总体情况,并结合海外项目典型案例,提出了新能源领域中国标准"走出去"存在的问题和有关建议。
China’s standardization work has a new mission in the new era. Driven by the Belt and Road Initiative and "Action Plan on Belt and Road Standard Connectivity(2018-20)", while participating in the construction of new and renewable energy projects overseas, China has strengthened the fundamental and strategic role of standardization in promoting the Belt and Road Initiative. This paper analyzes the general situation of promoting Chinese standards in the fields of hydropower, wind power, solar PV, etc. in the new and renewable energy projects in the countries along the "Belt and Road". Combined with typical cases of overseas projects, the problems relating to Chinese standards in the field of new and renewable energy and relevant suggestions are put forward.
