摘要
应用于食品接触塑料材料中的着色剂,本文针对其八大重金属迁移实验中部分漂浮的脂溶性样品浸泡不充分的情况进行系列试验,发现在实验温度和时长既定的条件下,改变实验的容器和振荡频率可以优化迁移效果:"敞开"式容器比"包裹"式容器效果更佳,样品容器的体积也是考虑因素之一,振荡频率不一定是越高越好。在日常测试中,可以通过容器的选择和频率的调整来优化迁移效果,从而使测试结果更加真实地反映样品品质。
Some colorants used in food contact plastic materials are floating in reagent during eight heavy metal migration experiments. Through a series of experiments, it is found that the migration effect can be optimized by changing the experimental container and oscillation frequency under the given conditions of temperature and time: The effect of "open" container is better than "wrapped" container, and the volume of sample container is also one of the factors to be considered. Higher oscillation frequency does not mean better result. In the daily test, the migration effect can be optimized by the selection of containers and the adjustment of frequency, so that the test results can more truly reflect the sample quality.
