Effective Integration and Application of Risk-based Thinking in the Management System of Testing Laboratories

在当前社会经济高速发展的新形势下,检测实验室面临着日趋激烈的竞争环境,这就对其提出了更高的要求,检验检测质量保障又存在诸多的不确定性,以此同时,必将伴随着更大的风险,这就迫切需要有效地引入基于风险的思维,极大地提升管理体系有效性、持续改进、预防负面影响。依据ISO/IEC17025:2017和RB/T 214-2017标准,引入基于风险的思维,有效整合、应用于管理体系,以确保检测实验室管理体系的有效运行,以及出具的检验检测结果、数据的公正性、准确性、有效性。

With the rapid development of society and economy, the competition between testing laboratories is getting fiercer. This means testing laboratories have to meet higher requirements. However, the quality assurance of inspection and testing has many uncertainties and risks. As the result of this, introducing risk-based thinking is necessary and urgent, which is useful to improve the effectiveness of management system continuously and prevent the negative impact of competition. According to the standards of ISO/IEC 17025: 2017 and RB/T 214-2017, effective integration and application of the risk-based thinking can make sure the effective operation of the testing laboratory management system and the fairness, accuracy and effectiveness of issued testing results and data.
