Analysis of the Industrial Property Information and Documentation of WIPO

现代社会的全球分工协作众多,建立标准可以提高技术上的协调配合,从而促进经济发展。因此,世界知识产权组织(WIPO)推荐使用WIPO标准,使全球各工业产权局能够以更高效、更和谐、更及时的方式开展工作。本文回顾了WIPO标准委员会的成立及发展历程,并对《WIPO工业产权信息与文献手册》,特别是其第三部分的相关标准进行了梳理和介绍。

There are many ways of division and cooperation in modern society, standards development can improve the cooperation in technology and promote the development of economy. Based on this fact, WIPO recommends all its member states to utilize its own standard, in order to make all the industrial property offices fulfil their responsibility in a more efficient, harmonious and timely way. This article reviews the establishment and development of Committee on WIPO Standards(CWS), and introduces the WIPO Handbook on Industrial Property Information and Documentation, especially its third part.
