某动物园i只初产梅花鹿难产,对其进行麻醉人工助产,取出幼崽,清除子宫中残留胎衣,进行常规的消毒消炎处理。在助产后的第2天发现母鹿的阴门处有肉样组织脱出,经临床检查,外露器官为子宫,诊断为子宫脱。经手术治疗,对阴门行纽扣缝合后康复。

In a zoo,a newborn sika deer is difficult to give birth.It is anesthetized for artificial midwifery.The baby is taken out,the residual fetal clothes in the uterus are removed,and the routine disinfection and anti-inflammatory treatment are carried out.On the second day after the midwifery,it was found that there was fleshy tissue prolapse in the vulva of the DOE.Clinical examination showed that the DOE's uterus was exposed and it was diagnosed as uterine prolapse.After operation,the vulva was sutured with buttons and recovered.
