摘要
炎症性肠病(IBD)是慢性复发性肠道炎症性疾病,其发病机制目前还未研究清楚。研究发现肠神经系统在调节肠上皮屏障功能和肠免疫稳态上起着重要作用,肠神经系统的改变直接与炎症性肠病的发展和症状相关。本文就肠神经系统中的肠胶质细胞在炎症性肠病中的作用做一综述,阐述肠胶质细胞对肠上皮屏障的作用,炎症刺激后肠胶质细胞表达蛋白的变化及作用,炎症刺激后肠胶质细胞受体的变化以及炎症刺激后肠胶质细胞释放的细胞因子和化学物质等作用,为后续的基础研究提供参考。
Inflammatory bowel disease is a chronic recurrent intestinal inflammatory disease.Its pathogenesis has not been clearly studied.It has been found that the intestinal nervous system plays an important role in regulating intestinal epithelial barrier function and intestinal immune homeostasis.The changes of intestinal nervous system are directly related to the development and symptoms of inflammatory bowel disease.In this paper,the role of intestinal glial cells in inflammatory bowel disease(IBD)was reviewed,including the role of intestinal glial cells on intestinal epithelial barrier,the changes and effects of intestinal glial cell expression proteins after inflammatory stimulation,the changes of intestinal glial cell receptors after inflammatory stimulation,and the effects of cytokines and chemical substances released by intestinal glial cells after inflammatory stimulation.
