“三教”改革背景下职业院校新型教材开发与实践 被引量:8

摘要 教材改革是“三教”改革的重要内容。加快教材改革与创新,是提高职业院校人才培养质量的重要举措。在对新型教材开发基本要求进行深入分析的基础上,理清了活页式、工作手册式新型教材的开发思路。通过案例教材《中餐烹饪技艺》的开发与实践,明确了组建校企“双元”开发团队、调研岗位工作任务、确定人才培养质量标准、开发教材样章、完成教材编写的教材开发路径,总结提炼出了校企“双元”开发、产业“三新”融入、资源立体呈现、思政元素“三进”和教学评价多元化五个突出特点。 The reform of teaching materials is an important part of the“three education”reform.Speeding up the reform and innovation of teaching materials is an important measure to improve the quality of talent training in vocational colleges.Based on the in-depth analysis of the basic requirements of the development of new teaching materials,this paper clarifies the development ideas of the loose-leaf type and the manual type new teaching materials.Through the development and practice of the case teaching material Chinese Cuisine Skills,the paper defines the development path of the teaching material,including the establishment of the dual development team between school and enterprise,the investigation of post tasks,the determination of the quality standard of talent training,the development of teaching material samples,and the completion of the compilation of teaching materials.It summarizes and refines five outstanding characteristics:dual development of school and enterprise,integration of“three new”industries,three-dimensional presentation of resources,“three entries”of ideological and political elements,and diversification of teaching evaluation.
