公务员法研究的热点主题与发展趋势

Hot Topics and Development Trend of Civil Servant Law Research

为了整体把握我国公务员法研究的发展情况,明确其热点主题,为后续研究提供有效参考,对408篇中国知网(CNKI)刊载的1985─2020年有关公务员法研究的期刊论文进行可视化分析。在分析当前研究的整体趋势之后,使用可视化工具CiteSpace绘制知识图谱,发现当前我国公务员法研究的主要热点。从完善制度设计、突出创新优势,优化任用机制、凸显公平正义,加强队伍建设、提升管理质效,密切法律衔接、构建特色体系四个维度对热点主题进行深入分析并试图从中探索未来的发展趋势。

In order to grasp the development of civil servant law research in China as a whole,clarify its hot topics,and provide effective reference for follow-up research,this paper makes a visual analysis of 408 journal papers on civil servant law published on CNKI from 1985 to 2020.After analyzing the overall trend of the current research,this paper uses the visualization tool CiteSpace to draw the knowledge map,and finds out the main hot spots in the current research of civil servant law in China.This paper makes an in-depth analysis of the hot topics from four dimensions:improving the system design and highlighting the advantages of innovation,optimizing the appointment mechanism and highlighting fairness and justice,strengthening the team building and improving the quality and efficiency of management,closing the legal connection and building a characteristic system,and tries to explore the future development trend.
