摘要
使用了优化后的小型化硬质合金顶锤代替原先的一体化大顶锤,运用至六面顶压机中合成工业金刚石及大单晶金刚石。采用原先的原材料合成块,以及相关匹配好的合成工艺,能够正常合成出相对应的工业金刚石以及大单晶金刚石。小型化顶锤进行有限元模拟,受力分析结果显示小型化顶锤能替代原先的一体化大型顶锤,不影响合成金刚石的质量并能降低单个顶锤硬质合金使用量40%,从而降低生产金刚石过程中的顶锤消耗,增加超硬材料企业的经济效益。
In this paper,the optimized small cemented carbide anvil is used instead of the original integrated anvil to synthesize industrial diamond and large single crystal diamond by hexahedral anvil press.The corresponding industrial diamond and large single crystal diamond can be synthesized normally by using the original raw material synthesis block and related matching synthesis process.The finite element simulation of the miniaturized anvil shows that the miniaturized anvil can replace the original integrated large anvil,does not affect the quality of synthetic diamond,and can reduce the consumption of cemented carbide for a single anvil by 40%,so as to reduce the consumption of anvil in the process of diamond production and increase the economic benefits of superhard material enterprises.
