摘要
为了降低气动载荷对机载光学窗口的影响,并探究光学镜片排布方式对光学窗口气动特性的影响,设计了三种不同光学镜片排布方式的光学窗口,并对其模型进行了动力学数值模拟分析。研究了不同光学镜片排布方式对光学窗口气动特性的影响,得到了空气阻力最小、气动特性最优的模型。根据0°攻角工况下所受风阻的大小,对其结构力学特性进行了模拟分析。结果表明,该光学窗口模型在风阻载荷作用下不会因冲击而损坏,满足刚度和强度要求。
In order to reduce the impact of aerodynamic load on the airborne optical window and explore the influence of the optical lens arrangement on the aerodynamic characteristics of the optical window,three optical windows with different optical lens arrangements are designed in this paper.Through the dynamic numerical simulation analysis of these optical window models,the influence of different optical lens arrangements on the aerodynamic characteristics of the optical window is studied,and the model with the least air resistance and the best aerodynamic characteristics is obtained.According to the model′s wind resistance under 0°angle of attack,the simulation analysis of model′s structural mechanics characteristics is carried out.The results show that the optical window model will not be damaged by impact under the wind resistance load,and meets the requirements of rigidity and strength.
