浅谈新媒体时代国境口岸突发公共卫生事件舆情危机应急处置

新媒体时代已经到来,作为国境口岸卫生检疫主管当局的海关,如何在口岸突发公共卫生事件发生时妥善处置好舆情危机,防止事态扩大,阻止矛盾升级,回应社会关切,保障国门安全,维护国门形象,树立中国海关国际形象,成为当前所需要思考的问题。本文通过分析新媒体环境下国境口岸突发公共卫生事件舆情危机应急处置所面临的新挑战,就口岸突发公共卫生事件舆情危机应急处置提供建议,为建立口岸突发公共卫生事件舆情处置应急管理机制提供基础,以期提高国境口岸突发公共卫生事件应急管理能力。
