北海口岸出入境人员腹部B超检查结果分析

Analysis of Abdominal B-ultrasound Examination Results of Entry-exit Personnel at Beihai port

目的通过对出入境人员腹部B超检查结果进行分析,掌握这一人群的健康状况,便于有针对性地进行医学指导。方法对2016年1月-2020年12月经北海口岸出入境的2577名体检人员的B超检查结果进行分析。结果检出阳性病例628例次,检出率为24.37%。检出疾病种类19种。其中肝脏阳性病例检出376例,占病例总数的59.87%;其次为胆道系统疾病130例、肾脏系统疾病115例、脾脏疾病7例,分别占疾病总数的20.70%、18.31%、1.11%。结论根据统计结果,了解这一人群的疾病谱,为保健中心制定科学有效的防治措施提供依据。

Objective Through the analysis analyzing of abdominal B-ultrasound examination of entry-exit personnel,to master the health status of this population and provide targeted medical guidance.Methods The results of B-ultrasound examination of 2577 entry-exit medical personnel at Beihai port from January 2016 to December 2020 were analyzed.Results 628 positive cases were detected,the detection rate was 24.37%.19 kinds of diseases were detected.Among them,376 cases of liver positive cases were detected,accounting for 59.87%of the total number of cases,followed by 130 cases of biliary system diseases,115 cases of renal system diseases and7 cases of spleen diseases,accounting for 20.70%,18.31%and 1.11%of the total number of diseases respectively.Conclusion According to the statistical results,understand the disease spectrum of this population,and provide the basis for the health care center to develop scientific and effective prevention and control measures.
