摘要
本文阐述了海关系统卫生检疫实验室在口岸传染病疫情防控中的重要技术支撑作用。以厦门海关保健中心加强型医学生物安全二级实验室建设和管理出发,对实验室规划、设计、通风、给排水、配电和消防安全等施工方面进行探索,并分享了实验室建设和管理的要点和见解,以供海关系统其他口岸在开展卫生检疫实验室建设和管理时参考借鉴。
This paper expounds the important technical supporting role of the health and quarantine laboratory of the Customs system in the prevention and control of infectious diseases at the port.Based on the construction and management of the enhanced medical biosafety levelⅡlaboratory in Xiamen Customs Health Center,this paper probes into the construction of laboratory such as layout,design,ventilation,water supply and drainage,power distribution and fire safety,and shares the key points and opinions of laboratory construction and management.It can be used as a reference for other ports of the customs system to carry out the construction and management of health and quarantine laboratories.
