体教融合背景下“冰球城市”校园冰球发展研究

对新时代体教融合背景下“冰球城市”校园冰球开展现状和存在的困境进行研究。研究发现“冰球城市”校园存在冰球训练场所不足、师资力量薄弱、推广与普及程度低、梯队建设不合理、竞赛体系不够完善等现实困境。提出共享优势资源、扩大场地设施供给、加强师资队伍建设、提高教学训练质量、普及校园冰上运动、扩大覆盖面和参与度、完善赛事、有效提高青少年冰球赛事体系建设、提高政策的执行力和冰雪运动文化的宣传力、增加冰球文化氛围等对策,为加快我国青少年冰球普及与高水平发展提供参考。

The study found that the "ice hockey city" campus has insufficient ice hockey training venues, weak teachers, low promotion and popularization, unreasonable echelon construction, and insufficient competition system. It is proposed to share advantageous resources, expand the supply of venues and facilities, strengthen the construction of teaching staff, improve the quality of teaching and training, popularize campus ice sports, expand coverage and participation, improve competitions, effectively improve the construction of the youth ice hockey competition system, and improve the implementation of policies and ice and snow The propaganda power of sports culture, increase the cultural atmosphere of ice hockey and other countermeasures.
