摘要
研究掌叶覆盆子对环境的适应性,为掌叶覆盆子的栽培管理提供理论依据。以林缘和露地的掌叶覆盆子为研究对象,探讨不同生境下掌叶覆盆子叶绿素荧光参数的日变化规律。结果表明:Fo、Fm和Fv/Fm均呈现先降后升趋势,ETR、qP、NPQ则相反。不同生境下各荧光参数值出现谷值及峰值的时间不同,其恢复程度也有所差异。林缘和露地初始荧光(Fo)出现谷值时间分别为12:00和16:00;最大荧光(Fm)、最大光化学效率(Fv/Fm)均在16:00和14:00降到最低值;而表观光合电子传递速率(ETR)、非光化学淬灭系数(NPQ)峰值出现在10:00-12:00;露地和林缘光化学淬灭系数(qP)在10:00和14:00达到最大值。与林缘相比,露地生境下的掌叶覆盆子在中午强光作用下有较高的光合效率,对强光有更高的适应性。
To study the adaptability of Rubus chingii to environment and provide theoretical basis for cultivation and management of R.chingii.The R.chingii in forest edge and open field were regarded as the research objects,exploring the diurnal variation on chlorophyll fluorescence parameters of R.chingii in different habitats.The results suggested that Fo,Fm and Fv/Fm firstly decreased and then increased,while ETR,qP,and NPQ were opposite.The time on the valley value and peak value of each fluorescence parameter value were different under different habitats,and the recovery degree were also varied.The thresholds of initial fluorescence(Fo)in forest edge and open field appeared at 12:00 and 16:00 respectively;the maximum fluorescence(Fm)and maximum photochemical efficiency(Fv/Fm)decreased to the minimum at 16:00 and 14:00 respectively;the peak values of apparent photosynthetic electron transfer rate(ETR)and non-photochemical quenching coefficient(NPQ)appeared between 10:00-12:00;the photochemical quenching coefficient(qP)in open field and forest edge reached maximum at 10:00 and 14:00.Compared with forest margins,R.chingii in open field had higher photosynthetic efficiency and adaptability to strong light at noon.
