钻井隔水管主管环缝焊接工艺研究 被引量:1

摘要 为了研究X80海洋钻井隔水管单根主管环缝焊接工艺,在对隔水管单根主管材料、使用工况、焊接方法分析的基础上,确定了X80隔水管的环缝焊接材料及焊接工艺,即选用Lincoln焊接材料,全自动TIG焊打底,单丝SAW焊填充、盖面,并通过拉伸、侧弯、冲击、疲劳和裂纹尖端张开位移等焊接工艺评定试验,验证了X80隔水管单根主管环缝焊接方法、焊材、工艺参数等焊接工艺的合理性。应用该焊接工艺,研发出法兰式、快捷式两类长度15.24 m(50 ft)的隔水管单根主管。 In order to study the single main pipe girth welding process of X80 offshore drilling riser,based on the analysis of single main pipe material,service condition and welding method,the girth welding material and welding process of X80 riser are determined,that is,Lincoln welding material,automatic TIG welding backing,single wire SAW welding filling and capping are selected.Through the welding procedure qualification tests such as tensile test,side bending test,impact test,fatigue test and crack tip opening displacement,the rationality of welding procedure such as girth welding method for single main pipe of X80 riser,welding material and process parameters is verified.By using the welding technology,two types of riser pipes with flange and fast length of 15.24 m(50 ft)were developed.
