多频涡流检测技术在热网加热器性能评价中的应用

摘要 为了确保热网加热器的可靠运行,采用多频涡流检测技术对其换热管束进行了性能评价。结果显示,被检测管束存在原始封堵管束、外壁损伤管束、不可穿过管束及不合格管束;原始封堵管束与外壁损伤管束均由遮流板损坏或破裂所引起;探头无法穿过的管束大多由于水垢、铁锈等附着于管束内壁,阻碍探头移动;不合格管束是由水质引起的腐蚀与结垢使管束变薄而发生泄漏。研究表明,热网加热器中换热管束的大面积减薄、凹坑等缺陷易造成泄漏,换热管束的泄漏、杂质淤积、堵塞、管壁结垢等会减少换热面积,严重影响供热总量的稳定输出。建议改善热网加热器的运行环境,有效地提高热网加热器的换热效率和使用寿命。 In order to ensure reliable operation of heating network heater,multi frequency eddy current testing technology was used to evaluate the performance of its heat exchange tube bundle.The results show that there are original blocked tube bundle,damaged tube bundle,non passable tube bundle and unqualified tube bundle.Both the original blocked tube bundle and the damaged tube bundle were caused by the damage or rupture of the cover plate.The tube bundle that the probe cannot pass through is mostly due to scale,rust,etc.adhering to the inner wall of the tube bundle,which hinders the movement of the probe.The unqualified tube bundle is caused by corrosion and scaling caused by water quality,which makes the tube bundle thinner and causes leakage.The research shows that the large-area thinning,pits and other defects of the heat exchange tube bundle in the heating network heater are easy to cause leakage.The leakage,impurity deposition,blockage and scaling of the heat exchange tube bundle will reduce the heat exchange area and seriously affect the stable output of the total heat supply.It is suggested to improve the operation environment of heating network heater and effectively improve the heat exchange efficiency and service life of heating network heater.
