摘要 为了研究不同焊后热处理方法对09MnNiDR低温钢焊接性能的影响,采用焊条电弧焊焊接方法和不同焊后热处理方式,分别进行焊接工艺试验研究。试验结果显示,09MnNiDR低温钢焊接后经正火处理后冲击韧性不合格;经正火+回火处理后,晶粒得到细化,组织均匀化,冲击韧性得到提高,可以满足工艺与使用性能要求。通过试验选择出合理的焊接工艺和焊后热处理方式,并经多次验证,有效地验证了该焊接工艺及正火+回火热处理方式的可行性,为低温设备焊接工艺文件的编制提供了可靠的依据。 In order to study the influence of different post weld heat treatment methods on the welding performance of 09MnNiDR low temperature steel,the welding process of different post weld heat treatment methods was studied by using the electrode arc welding method.The test results show that the impact toughness of 09MnNiDR low temperature steel after welding and normalizing treatment is unqualified.After normalizing and tempering treatment,the grain is refined,the structure is homogenized,and the impact toughness is improved,which can meet the requirements of process and performance.The reasonable welding process and post weld heat treatment method are selected through the test,and the feasibility of the welding process and normalizing+tempering heat treatment method is effectively evaluated after many times of verification,which provides a reliable basis for the preparation of welding process documents for low temperature equipment.
