基于区块链技术的生活垃圾生态循环系统构建研究

摘要 基于解决生活垃圾分类过程中存在的缺乏激励机制、需要二次分类及时间成本投入等问题,利用区块链的去中心化、可追溯、防篡改、对等自治等技术优势搭建透明高效的垃圾分类、回收及处理信息平台。同时建立一系列行之有效的激励机制:基于共识机制确定垃圾生态循环系统目标,基于对等原则组织垃圾生态循环服务系统参与者,基于透明原则记录垃圾生态循环全过程。实现生活垃圾的前端高效分类回收、中端集成统一运输、末端集中处理及循环利用的全程可视化闭环流程,形成建立线上线下相融合的回收业生态体系。 In order to solve the problems of lack of incentive mechanism,need for secondary classification and time cost investment in the process of domestic waste classification,we make use of the technical advantages of blockchain,such as decentralization,traceability,tamper proof and peer-to-peer autonomy,to build a transparent and efficient garbage classification,recycling and processing information platform;at the same time,a series of effective incentive mechanisms are established,such as the objective of garbage ecological cycle system is determined based on consensus mechanism,and the participants of the garbage ecological cycle service system are organized based on the principle of equivalence,the whole process of garbage ecological cycle is recorded based on the principle of transparency therefore to realize the whole visual closed-loop process of front-end efficient classification and recovery,middle end integrated unified transportation,end centralized treatment and recycling of domestic waste,so as to form a recycling industry ecosystem integrating online and offline process.
