职教集团校企资源共享机制分析

职教集团是校企合作的重要平台。基于职教集团的校企资源共享,是教育资源和产业资源多元融合的过程,资源共享的程度与质量直接影响着职业教育的发展效益。探究职教集团校企资源共享的障碍及其成因,并提出相应对策,有助于我们建立健全资源共享传播机制、创新校企合作模式,探索产权清晰、合作共赢的利益机制和人才培养模式。本文研究得出,当前职教集团校企资源共享存在以下障碍:传播机制缺失、共享模式简单、利益不均和成本压力导致的积极性问题,并提出了相应对策。

Vocational Education Group is an important platform for school enterprise cooperation.The sharing of school-enterprise resources based on Vocational Education Group is a process of multi integration of educational resources and industrial resources,the degree and quality of resource sharing of which directly affect the benefit of vocational education.At present,the obstacles of school-enterprise resource sharing in Vocational Education Group include:Lack of communication mechanism,Simple sharing mode,Lack of enthusiasm caused by uneven interests and cost pressure etc.To explore the obstacles and causes of school-enterprise resource sharing in Vocational Education Groups is helpful for us to establish a perfect resource sharing communication mechanism,innovate the school-enterprise cooperation mode,and explore the interest mechanism and talent cultivation mode with clear property rights and win-win cooperation.
