摘要
针对岗钾井区高温高压富钾卤水层固井作业时可能发生的井喷、窜槽的问题,研制出了高密度抗钾盐水泥浆体系。该水泥浆体系具有流变性较好、失水量小、抗压强度高和稳定性好等特点,能克服常规水泥浆固井中出现的问题,达到满足该工区高温、高压钾盐井施工中的固井作业,保证施工安全和固井质量。
In order to solve the problem of blowout and channel channel during cementing of high temperature and high pressure potassium-rich brine layer in Gangkalium well area,a high density potassium-resistant cement slurry system was developed.The cement slurry system has the characteristics of good rheological property,small water loss,high compressive strength and good stability,etc.,which can overcome the problems in conventional cement slurry cementing,meet the requirements of cementing operation in high temperature and high pressure potassium salt well construction in the working area,and ensure the construction safety and cementing quality.
