共享街道理念下城市空间重塑路径研究——以川音共享街道为例

Study on Urban Space Remodeling Path under the Concept of Shared Street

“共享街道”在缓解居民与机动车之间的矛盾、提升城市街道空间活力、满足不同使用群体的多样化需求等方面具有重要意义,是未来街道更新建设的发展方向。该文在“以人民为中心、高质量发展”背景下,以川音片区为实例,运用共享街道理念对城市重点空间的重塑路径进行思考,从路权、公共资源与设施、空间环境与社会互动三方面探索如何在有限的街道空间资源中,对街道空间再利用、再释放,解决原有封闭街区发展模式导致城市空间出现的土地利用低效、空间感知闭塞、交通组织不畅等问题,实现人群共享、时间共享、空间共享等多维共享。

The"shared street"is of great significance in alleviating the contradictions between residents and motor vehicles,enhancing the vitality of urban street space,and meeting the diverse needs of different groups of users,so it is the development direction of future street renewal and construction.In the"people-oriented,high-quality development"context,this paper adopted the Sichuan Conservatory of Music area as a case,employing the new outlook of"shared street",to rethink the remodeling path of key urban spaces,to explore from the three aspects of rights of way,public resources and facilities,space environment and social interaction how to reuse and re-release the street space in the limited space resources,and to solve hard issues like land use inefficiency,space perception occlusion,and poor traffic organization resulted by the past closed-block development mode,realizing multidimensional sharing among crowds,in time and space.
