摘要
框架剪力墙结构是我国高层建筑的一种常见结构型式。近年来,这一结构形式经过了不断发展、演变,但与之对应的施工技术却仍然非常滞后。该文基于长期框架剪力墙施工经验,结合市场新型建筑材料、先进的施工工艺,对框架剪力墙施工技术进行研究和总结,探讨了铝合金模板及其支撑体系、附着式整体爬升脚手架、绿色高性能混凝土、BIM技术在框架剪力墙结构中的应用价值。结果表明,应用这些新技术、新材料,在优化、创新框架剪力墙施工技术的同时,可更好地实现国家可持续发展战略目标。
The frame shear wall structure is a common structural type of high-rise buildings in China.In recent years,this structural form has undergone continuous development and evolution,but the corresponding construction technology is still lagging behind.Based on the long-term frame shear wall construction experience,and combined with new building materials and advanced construction technologies,this paper investigated and summarized the frame shear wall construction technologies,and explored the application value of aluminum alloy formwork and its supporting system,attached integral climbing scaffolding,high-performance green concrete,and the BIM technology in the frame shear wall structure.The results showed that the application of these new technologies and new materials can better achieve the national sustainable development strategic goals while optimizing and innovating the construction technology of the frame shear wall.
