大型码头钢制栈桥涂层系统的选用

摘要 针对大型码头钢制栈桥使用环境恶劣、腐蚀严重、结构复杂等问题,以华润大东建造的法国加莱客滚轮渡码头的钢制栈桥为例,参考挪威NORSOK M-501:2012、法国ACQPA和ISO 12944:2018规范,结合钢制栈桥的腐蚀环境和结构特点,研究和分析了大型码头钢制栈桥防腐涂层系统的选用。根据码头钢制栈桥所处的腐蚀环境和设计的耐久性要求,提出和设计不同的涂层体系用于水下全浸区、浪溅和潮差区、大气露天区和压载水舱等;同时对其他沿海大型钢结构的防腐涂层系统的选用提供一定的借鉴和参考。 Large wharf steel trestle are usually complex in structures and exposed in a harsh service condition and severe corrosive environment.Taking the Calais French Ro-Ro wharf trestle as an example,which was built by HUARUN DADONG Dockyard,discussed the design of anticorrosive coatings systems for different structural components in this trestle by referring to the standards of NORSOK M-501:2012,French ACQPA and ISO 12944:2018.During the selection of the coatings systems the corrosion environment and protection duration were taken into consideration.The coatings systems were proposed for different working areas of this project,including for steel structures exposed in atmosphere,splash and tidal zone,full immersion and ballasted areas,which was expected to provide a reference to the selection of coatings systems for large coastal steel structures.
