摘要
社会资本中资金、人力、技术等资源介入学前教育事业,构建了学前教育PPP项目。针对学前教育在教育场地、资源开发、教师发展、园务管理、专业技术等方面发展的不充分,在共担责任风险下,社会资本中的资金、人力、技术等资源介入学前教育事业,提升学前教育质量、优化资源配置、共享合作效益的价值,弥补教育资源投入和教育专业性的不足,使学前教育达到时代发展要求。
In social capital,funds,human resources,technology and resources are involved in preschool education to construct PPP projects of preschool education.In view of under-developed preschool education in the development of educational sites,resource development,teacher development,kindergarten management,professional technology and other aspects,it is proposed that,based on shared responsibility risk,funds,humanresources,technologyand resources should be involved in preschool education,so as to improve the quality of preschool education,optimize the allocation of resources,share the value of cooperation benefits,make up for the lack of educational resource investment and professional education,and meet the requirements of preschool education policy and the development of the times.
