摘要
在应对教师资格国考大背景下,如何“考育并举”提高通过率是师范院校必须面对的重要问题。聚焦英语学科知识与教学能力学科,尝试建立评学教三位一体的DGT模式,即Double review(双人评分)、Group recommendation(小组推优)与Teacher feedback(教师反馈)。采用实验法考察该模式的应用效果,同时结合访谈法调查受访者对该模式的看法。研究表明,受调查群体在前后测试成绩对比中有显著提升,受访者表示该学考过程对自己产生了积极影响。因此,DGT模式在提高师范生国考力方面具有一定的推广意义。
In face of the Teachers Professional Accreditation System,the prior task for teacher education Higher Education Institutes to cope with is to improve their passing rate of National Teacher Certification Examination while taking teaching capacity building into consideration.This research experimented on the DGT Model,which is composed of three stages of Double review,Group recommendation and Teacher feedback,to test its effect on the Examination subject of English Language Knowledge and Ability.This paper applied the method of teaching experiment to test the effect and the method of interview to exam the reasons behind the effect.The results demonstrated that the test scores showed a significant improvement after the experiment,and the interviewees stated that the experiment had a positive influence on their scores.The DGT Model has been proved a worthy training model for pre-teacher qualification enhancement and thus can provide reasonable suggestions for the optimization of the certification system.
