摘要
针对湖州某地板生产企业废水处理已不能满足现有要求的情况,在原有处理工艺为染色水反应池+板框压滤机+生活污水调节池+曝气池+斜管沉淀池+浅层气浮池的基础上,进行改造,新增A/O池、混凝沉淀池、气浮池,改造原有生活污水调节池。该工程建成经调试完成后,运行稳定,出水水质COD≤500 mg/L,SS、甲醛、苯酚、NH_(4)^(+)-N、TP的质量浓度分别≤400、≤5.0、≤1.0、≤35、≤8.0 mg/L,达到GB 8978-1996的三级纳管标准。污水直接处理成本为1.09元/t,其中药剂费0.59元/t、电费0.50元/t。
Aimed at the situation that the wastewater treatment of a flooring manufacturer in Huzhou can no longer meet the existing requirements, on the basis of original treatment process of dyeing water reaction tank + plate and frame filter press + domestic sewage regulating tank + aeration tank +inclined tube sedimentation tank + shallow air flotation tank, added new A/O tanks, coagulation sedimentation tanks, and air flotation tanks, and transform the original domestic sewage conditioning tanks. After the completion of the project and the completion of commissioning, the operation was stable, the effluent COD ≤ 500 mg/L, mass concentration of SS ≤ 400 mg/L, methanal ≤ 5.0 mg/L, phenol ≤1.0 mg/L, ammonia nitrogen ≤ 35 mg/L,TP ≤ 8.0 mg/L, which met the three-level nano tube standards of GB 8978-1996. The cost of direct sewage treatment was 1.09 yuan/t, among them,the pharmaceutical fee was 0.59 yuan/t, and the electricity fee was 0.50 yuan/t.
