摘要
针对中国南海某油田开发项目中水下采油树及电潜泵使用的水下跨接电缆,研究了其湿式电接头在插合全过程的密封性能。根据实际工况的湿式电接头母头,设计了一种多级密封结构,对其密封结构及插合过程进行力学分析,并辅以有限元分析进行验证,用以保障湿式电接头在插合全过程的密封性能。
Based on the subsea jumper cable for the underwater tree electric submersible pump of an oil field development project in the South China Sea,the sealing performance requirements of the wet electric connector during the whole process of mating were studied.According to its actual working condition,a multi-stage sealing structure was designed for the female head of the wet electrical connector.The mechanical analysis of the sealing structure and the inserting process was carried out,and the finite element analysis was used to verify the sealing performance of the wet electrical connector in the whole process of inserting and closing.
