浅谈高校招标采购风险及防控

Talking About the Risk of Bidding and Purchasing in Universities

随着我国高等教育事业的发展,其建设资金的投入也越来越大。高校属于非盈利事业单位,因此应将提高采购效益、降低成本作为主要目标,采用合理的招标采购方式,这有助于促进校园的建设,符合教学发展的要求。但是因为我国高校招标采购工作起步晚,仍不完善,在招标采购的过程中存在一定的风险。基于此,对高校招标采购风险及防控措施展开分析,旨在保证采购工作的合理性和可靠性。

With the development of my country’s higher education,the investment in its construction funds is also increasing.Colleges and universities are non-profit institutions.Therefore,improving procurement efficiency and reducing costs should be the main goals,and reasonable bidding procurement methods should be adopted to promote the construction of campuses and meet the requirements of teaching development.However,due to the late start of bidding and procurement in my country’s colleges and universities,it is still imperfect,and there are certain risks in the process of bidding and procurement.Based on this,an analysis of the risks and prevention and control measures of bidding and procurement in colleges and universities is carried out to ensure the rationality and reliability of procurement.
