摘要
目的:建立用一测多评法同步测定金沙藤中异槲皮苷、紫云英苷、槲皮素和山奈素的含量。方法:采用一测多评法利用金沙藤中四种有效成分间存在的内在比例关系,计算金沙藤中代表性成分(异槲皮苷)和其它待测成分(紫云英苷、槲皮素和山奈素)的相对校正因子,根据相对校正因子,计算出待测成分的含量。最后用外标法对四种成分的含量进行检验对比。结果:一测多评法的计算结果与外标法的测定结果无显著差异。赣州、宜宾、长沙三个产地的金沙藤药材中四种成分含量各不相同,长沙产金沙藤药材中异槲皮苷和紫云英苷含量明显高于其它产地。金沙藤的四种成分中异槲皮苷平均含量为0.068%,紫云英苷平均含量为0.053%,槲皮素平均含量为0.002 5%,山奈素平均含量为0.001 7%。结论:本实验采用一测多评法测定了金沙藤中异槲皮苷、紫云英苷、槲皮素和山奈素的含量,该方法效率高,成本低,易于操作,适用于金沙藤中四种成分含量的测定。
Objective:To establish a quantitative analysis of multi-components by single marker method to determine the content of lsoquercitrin,astragalin,quercetin and kaempferol in Lygodium Japonicum(Thunb.)Sw.Methods:This experiment took the way of quantitative analysis of multi-components by single marker and took advantage of the inherent proportional relationship between the four effective components in Lygodium Japonicum(Thunb.)Sw.to calculate the relative correction factor which could calculate the content of the components to be tested(astragalin,quercetin and kaempferol)of the representative component(isoquercitrin)and other components to be tested.Finally,the content of the fourcomponents was measured and compared with the external standard method.Results:There is no significant difference between the results of the quantitative analysis of multi-components by single marker and the results of the external standard method.The contents of the four components in Lygodium Japonicum(Thunb.)Sw.medicinal materials in Ganzhou,Yibin and Changsha are different.The content of isoquercitrin and astragalin in Changsha Lygodium Japonicum(Thunb.)Sw.was significantly higher than that in other places.And the average content of Isoquercitrin in the four components of Lygodium japonicum(Thunb)Sw.is 0.068%;the average content of Astragalin is 0.053%;the average content of quercetin is 0.0025%;the average content of kaempferol is 0.0017%.Conclusion:In this experiment,quantitative analysis of multi-components by single marker was used to determine the content of isoquercitrin,astragalin,quercetin and kaempferol in Lygodium Japonicum(Thunb)Sw..This method is high in efficiency,low in cost and easy to operate.It is suitable for determining the content of four components of Lygodium Japonicum(Thunb)Sw..
