绷带镜对翼状胬肉切除联合带干细胞自体结膜移植术后的作用评价

Evaluation of the effect of bandage contact lens on pterygium excision and autologous conjunctival transplantation with stem cells

目的:研究绷带镜用于翼状胬肉切除联合带干细胞自体结膜移植术后的作用。方法:128眼行翼状胬肉切除联合带干细胞自体结膜移植术,随机分成使用绷带镜眼及未使用绷带镜眼,术后症状体征评分对比。结果:使用绷带镜眼眼痛、畏光、异物感、流泪、球结膜充血、睫状充血评分低于未使用绷带镜眼,角膜上皮修复评分高于未使用绷带镜眼,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.001),同组患眼不同时间点7个单独评分比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:绷带镜应用于翼状胬肉切除联合带干细胞自体结膜移植术后患者,能减轻眼痛、畏光、异物感、流泪等症状,能减轻球结膜充血、睫状充血等体征,能加快胬肉切除区角膜上皮修复。

Objective:To study the effect of bandage contact lens on patients after pterygium excision and autologous conjunctival transplantation with stem cells.Methods:A total of 128 eyes of pterygium excision and autologous conjunctival transplantation with stem cells were randomly divided into two groups:with bandage contact lens and without bandage contact lens.Results:There were significant differences in seven separate scores of pain in the eyes,photophobia,foreign body sensation,lacrimation,bulbar conjunctival hyperemia,ciliary hyperemia and corneal epithelial repair between patients with bandage contact lens and those without bandage contact lens(P<0.001).There were significant differences in seven separate scores at different time points in the same group(P<0.001).Conclusion:The application of bandage contact lens in patients after pterygium excision and autologous conjunctival transplantation with stem cells can relieve pain in the eyes,photophobia,foreign body sensation,lacrimation and other symptoms.It can also alleviate bulbar conjunctival hyperemia and ciliary hyperemia.Besides it can accelerate the repair of corneal epithelium in the excision area of pterygium.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
