减轻下颌阻生第三磨牙拔除术后反应的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 下颌第三磨牙阻生率高且拔除难度大,拔除时对邻近软硬组织产生的创伤大且术后反应重。术后反应严重程度与阻生牙类型、个体差异、医生临床操作熟练程度及手术方法等有关。临床医生减轻下颌阻生第三磨牙拔除术后反应的研究,主要包括拔牙器械、切口设计及缝合方法三个方面。本文就这三方面的研究进展进行综述,并分析其优劣及临床应用价值。 The mandibular third molars has a high rate of impaction and is difficult to extract.It causes great trauma to adjacent soft and hard tissues and has a heavy reaction after operation.The severity of postoperative reaction was related to the type of impacted teeth,individual differences between patients,doctors’clinical proficiency and surgical methods.Clinicians aim to alleviate the reaction after extraction of mandibular impacted third molars,including extraction instruments,incision design and suture methods.This article reviews the research progress in the above three aspects,and analyzes its advantages and disadvantages and clinical application value.
