摘要
开展陕南老茶树资源的早期鉴定,其目的在于挑选优良茶树资源。以55份陕南地区老茶树资源为试验材料,采用次数分布统计分析和灰色关联分析方法开展研究。结果表明,出圃率与最长根长、根数、茎粗、株高、叶片数的关联度较大。最长根长与根数、茎粗、株高的关联度也比较大,可同时改良这几个性状。所收集的老茶树资源中有一批茶苗的新梢长、分枝数、出圃率、最长根长、根数和茎粗长势较强,其中以B14-39、B14-38、B14-34、B14-42、B14-9、X13-16、X14-37、Z14-2、Z14-5和Q13-2与理想品种较接近。有17份材料的关联度较对照大。灰色关联分析方法能较准确分析性状间的关联度以及挑选优异材料,能为今后茶树育种提供科学依据。
The main goal is to develop early identification of old tea resources for screening excellent resources.55 old tea resources in Southern Shaanxi were conducted by using statistical analysis and grey relational analysis method in this paper.The result showed that correlation degree between rate of nursery coming out and maximum root length,root length,root number,stem diameter,plant height,number of leaves were great.The correlation degree between maximum root length and root number,stem diameter,plant height is great,which can improve these traits at the same time.Some of old tea resources were stronger in new shoot length,branch number,rate of nursery coming out,maximum root length,root number and stem diameter,which B14-39,B14-38,B14-34,B14-42,B14-9,X13-16,X14-37,Z14-2,Z14-5 and Q13-2 were closer to the ideal varieties.The correlation degree of 17 materials were greater compared with CK.It can accurately reveal the correlation degree between the traits and breed elite material with Grey relational analysis method.It can provide the basis for tea breeding.
