高速电梯轿厢整流罩气动噪声研究 被引量:4

摘要 为了研究高速电梯轿厢的气动外形设计对气动噪声的影响,采用Transition k-kl-omega模型分析了3种轿厢外形与气动噪声的关系,研究了高速电梯轿厢及其上下两端分别安装锥形整流罩和拱形整流罩时,轿厢周围流场与气动噪声特性以及整流罩对轿厢气动噪声的影响。利用Fluent软件对轿厢高速运行产生的流场进行了仿真,获得了轿厢表面的空气流速和静压力。仿真结果表明:拱形整流罩相比于锥形整流罩气动性能好,风噪消减效果更显著,同时,给出了整流罩拱顶高度的优化值,为高速电梯整流罩的设计提供了有益参考。 In order to study the influence of aerodynamic shape design on aerodynamic noise of highspeed elevator car,the transition k-kl-omega model was used to analyze the relationship between three kinds of car shapes and aerodynamic noise.The characteristics of flow field and aerodynamic noise around the car and the influence of fairing on aerodynamic noise of high-speed elevator car with conical fairing and arched fairing installed at its upper and lower ends were studied.Fluent software is used to simulate the flow field generated by the high-speed operation of the car,and the air velocity and static pressure on the car surface are obtained.The simulation results show that the aerodynamic performance of the arch fairing is better than that of the cone fairing,and the wind noise reduction effect is more significant.The optimization value of the dome height of the fairing is given,which provides a useful reference for the design of the high-speed elevator fairing.
